The Vision Behind PermaFit

I’m Noor, the head coach and founder of PermaFit, and someone who's lived and breathed fitness since I was 12.

As a former professional swimmer, I’ve always prioritized my health, whether I was traveling, studying, or working two full-time jobs.

Even during the pandemic, when gyms closed and routines were shattered, I stayed in shape.

People would often ask:
“What’s your secret?”

Most assumed I spent hours at the gym or tracked every bite. But the truth? I wasn’t obsessing, I was simply following a system. A lifestyle built around small, sustainable habits that eventually became second nature.

I never felt like I was doing anything extra, I was just living.

When I shared this approach with friends and family, they saw real results without the stress, and that’s when it clicked, and PERMAFIT was born.

I created PermaFit to help busy people like you achieve lasting health and confidence through personalized workouts, balanced nutrition, and habit-driven coaching that actually fits your life.

  • Most clients start with just 30 minutes a day. Our system is about efficiency, not overtraining. You’ll get maximum results with minimum stress. 

  • Absolutely. Whether you're just starting out or getting back on track, our coaching meets you where you are. You’ll receive guidance and support every step of the way, no matter your fitness level.

  • That’s exactly who PermaFit was created for. We build your plan around your life, not the other way around. Flexibility, simplicity, and sustainability are the foundation of our approach. 

  • Book your Free Consultation on the website. We’ll hop on a quick call, learn about your lifestyle and goals, and build a custom strategy to help you get started.

  • We offer total flexibility. You can cancel your PermaFit membership anytime with at least 1 week notice before your next payment due date, and your subscription will end before the next billing cycle, no questions asked, no hassle.

    Need a break but don’t want to lose your progress? We also offer the option to pause your membership temporarily. Just reach out, and we’ll work with you to set a pause period that fits your needs.
