Hey, I’m Noor
Fitness has been part of my life since I was young. As a former athlete, I was used to feeling strong, active, and in control of my body. But once life became more about long workdays, stress, and hours behind a desk, I went through the same shift many desk workers do — I gained weight, felt stiff, low on energy, and disconnected from the person I used to be.
That experience made me realize that most fitness plans online are not built for real life. They are built for people with more time, more energy, and a lifestyle centered around training. That’s why I created Stiff to Strong — a simple coaching system for desk workers who want to lose weight, feel stronger, and build a routine that works with their schedule, not against it.
